Research is conducted with PhD scholars, postdoctoral researchers, and collaborators at the Department of Management Studies, IIT Delhi, and with co-authors at institutions in India and internationally.

Funded projects have included collaborations with UKIERI (British Council), the European Union, and the University of Connecticut, among others. Visiting appointments include Aston Business School (Research Council UK) and teaching at AIT Thailand, Vietnam, and Laos.
